Aircraft Taxes
Welcome to Aircraft Investment Group. We provide aircraft consulting services and information on aircraft taxes and much more for all parts of the aviation industry, including nationally and internationally.
Owning your own private aircraft is more affordable than you might think. With the IRS and their aircraft taxes the benefits provided may actually reduce the cost of owning and paying for your private jet.
The Internal Revenue Code for aircraft taxes prescribes that depreciation for noncommercial aircraft is to be computed over a five year period on an accelerated basis. In addition, for acquisitions before December 31, 2007, a small business (defined as a taxpayer that invests less than $525,000 in capital improvements in a tax year) can write off up to $105,000 before calculating depreciation on the balance.
We provide our aircraft tax consulting customers with a personalized touch and offer a peace of mind that can't be matched! Contact us at sales@aircraftinvestmentgroup.com to find out more about aircraft taxes and our global aircraft consulting services.
